We were airlifted out of warwick over 3 weeks ago due to our new born being very sick with RSV Bronchiolitus, Ammonia and to topp that off a collapsed lung, she was only 9 days old when this started and were airlifted to the Mater Childrens hospital. We were there for nearly two weeks with 1 week in the Peadeatric Intensive Care Unit, things went down hill pretty bad in there as she just deteriorated quickly while spending a day on the ventilator and the rest of her time on machines that pumped her full of oxygen as she couldnt breathe on her own, to give u an idea infants only generaly require half a litre pm but she was taking 8 lpm to help inflate her right lung that had an upper lobe collapse. She was released to the 8 south ward in a stable condition and was later released home. Then Yesterday the 27th i came home for lunch and noticed that she wasnt right, so i checked her out & revealed a high 38 temp, her resp rate was high with medium chest recession. So i got Kla to take her up straight away and she was seen to imediatley by the hospital staff in ed. As our hospital is not equipped with pediat docs or neo natal docs she had to be transferred to Brisbane once again, but due to bad weather conditions she could not be retrieved till this afternoon. We are now at the Royal Childrens and she has undergone some tests etc again and has had a Lumber Puncture already for ppl that dont know that is where they take fluid from around the spine to be used for testing . One of the tests came back all clear and the other is still 48 hrs away. So hopefully this is going to all be over soon and get back to a normal life raising our kiddies and enjoying life with family & of course QC lol.

And again guys i still cant explain wat i feel and this prob doesnt make sence as it is late and we are very tired lol so i will read it in the morning haha, Again guys thankyou to all of you ...

lets hope so dude . can't say i know what you've been going through . our eldest daughter is almost 28 and the most serious illness has been one of them having their tonsils out . so dude lets hope it all works out soon
